While watching the royal wedding this weekend, I reflected a bit to appreciate marriage and living in Sarasota. Accordingly, I thought about where the best places are in Sarasota to host fabulous weddings. Here are three wonderful places to have your dream (almost royal) wedding in our area.

The idea of living a simplified life sounds attractive to many of us. We have thought about the benefits of owning fewer things (less to clean, less to organize, less stress, more money and more energy). We are often ready to declutter, but we get tripped up with where to be begin.

Although we have yet to see a foreclosure spike, it sure still looks like it is coming.

Overall, the real estate market in the United States is seeing significant price increases. Over the past 12 months, average sale prices for homes have risen by 7.0%.
